Tinfoil wont install

I'm not sure if this is a Tinfoil problem, or something else, but when I pick a game from Pixel Shop or jits, some games claim to download immediately (like 8.5GB in 4 seconds), then show up as either the loading icon, or the game image but with the cloud icon on it that tells me to download the game.
